Experiencing Soul Transformation Therapy
I always think of Soul Transformation Therapy and Hypnotherapy as having two different energetic movements. Hypnotherapy moves the patient deep within to understand and heal their main concerns. In my opinion, Soul Transformation Therapy makes one stand back and observe. Seeing the big picture gives patients a great scope for creating a shift in their life. This is exactly what this therapy is about… It is a ‘Pause, Look, Breathe, Take a Leap, and Yes, you can do it!’ kind of treatment. It has the power to change one’s perspective and life choices. It is the perfect treatment for those who are ready to experience transformation at a very deep level. Perhaps, this is the reason there is a sort of excitement in the air when patients come for a session…
Soul Transformation Therapy is a healing modality developed by Hay House author Blue Marsden. Its aim is to help patients overcome negative patterns and blockages in their life. The therapy has eight healing interventions. During the session, a deck of cards based on the Soul Plan healing system is used. The cards serve a dual purpose. On one hand, they indicate to the practitioner the underlying reasons for the patient’s main issue and suggest which healing interventions may be the most useful. On the other hand, the cards help patients give relevant information through image and word associations.
This post relates a Soul Transformation Therapy case study. It is preceded by a short Q&A with the patient who gives his impressions of the treatment as he experienced it.
Questions & Answers
“After so many years of struggling… I finally feel like I can see the wood for the trees.”
How did you enjoy your session of Soul Transformation Therapy?
It was amazing! It was really simple and easy to follow… For the results and insights I received through the process, it was almost like playing… but with the benefit of genuine, grounded and rooted awareness. It led me to receive all the answers that I needed to resolve the biggest challenges I was facing in my life at the time.
Did you gain any further insight into your issue – stagnation in your health and home life?
Absolutely. The insights and perspectives I received, helped me to see in a crystal clear manner the root causes of the various challenges I had been struggling with. And not just that, there was no judgement or sense of right or wrong around the issues. There were just the logical reasons. My issues were created as a consequence of my life experience. The visibility, clarity, certainty, and logic behind it all was undeniable.
There was also the skillful way in which Fatima drew the answers out of me, and then guided me to reveal my own solutions. All in all, I haven’t had so much fun, working through a guided process in such a long time.
To be able to then arrive at all the answers and to be the one generating them… To have the clarity, focus, insight, and context, all whilst being led through the journey… It was truly an eye opener to just what wisdom we already contain, how easy it is to access, with the right support, and how we already have all the answers we need within us.
Do you think this session will help you create a positive movement in your life? If so, could you expand on how you feel about it now?
For sure!! I’ve been blind to the direction I needed to go in, and what I needed to do to resolve the situation.
I don’t feel 100% sure yet, but I finally don’t feel confused around the issues. And there’s something much much deeper that’s shifted. It is still integrating and incorporating into my psyche. I’m not sure I understand or can make sense of it yet… But it feels like pieces of a puzzle are falling into place, and that in time, I’ll finally have the finished picture, along with being on the journey towards my solution.
I haven’t felt so empowered, so motivated, so self-driven in ages. I had lost my desire to succeed. After so many years of struggling to make it through, I finally feel like I can see the wood for the trees. I have hope and belief that I will now finally resolve all the issues in my life.
Do you have any further comments on Soul Transformation Therapy, Kingston Hill Clinic or Fatima who carried out the treatment?
So first off, Fatima was amazing as a practitioner. She’s very gentle, direct, and kept the process going. I have a tendency to waffle on sometimes, and lose sight of the original destination. Working with Fatima, she was able to keep me on track. She helped me stay focused on the essential steps of the journey, needed to arrive at the final stage of the process. With a lesser skilled practitioner, my confusion and lack of clarity may have led to a much longer session…
The clinic itself is easy to get to, clean, neat and tidy. It is very professional looking, whilst having a comfortable and relaxed family atmosphere…
“After spending thousands of pounds, working with a great number of practitioners, I’ve never left, having the whole picture so clearly put in front of me before”
With regards to the [soul transformation] therapy, it was truly something special. It feels like a very gentle, yet insightful and powerful tool to raise awareness of the issues and challenges that were blocking me. After spending thousands of pounds, working with a great number of practitioners, I’ve never left, having the whole picture so clearly put in front of me before… Nor was I given the step by step approach I need to take, in order to arrive to the other side.
I highly recommend it to anyone who is stuck in life, looking for answers, and doesn’t have enough success using other methods and therapies.
Case Study
Pseudonym: Daniel, male, 35-45
The patient has been suffering from lympheodema for about seven years. His health is not improving despite his efforts. Daniel feels completely stuck on his healing journey. He also feels stuck in his home life. He lives with his parents and wishes for a more independent setup.
Soul Plan cards
At the beginning of the session, patients are asked to pick two cards from a deck of Soul Plan cards. Each card contains both words and images that trigger patients to give more useful information surrounding their main issue. They also guide the practitioner to a set of healing modalities that are used during the session.
As a practitioner of Soul Transformation Therapy, I am always amazed by the synchronicity that occurs. Somehow, the right cards always seem to show up during the session. Patients always start to gain further insight into their main issue at this very first stage.
The picked cards (Polarity 7 and Card 1) confirmed Daniel was experiencing stagnation and that it was linked to a spiritual disconnection. The patient could relate to that… As a practitioner, I knew that the combination of these cards also showed that Daniel could not express himself freely.
Cord Balancing and Vow Break
For this exercise, I use my skills as a hypnotherapist to put patients in a light trance. The aim of this technique is to clear any limiting beliefs or other negative energies holding the patient in an unwanted state.
Daniel felt “lighter.”
Boundary Tapping and Infinity Rewiring
This technique allows a patient to powerfully rewire negative feelings into positive and constructive ones. At first, the patient seemed overwhelmed by the responsibilities he put on his own shoulders: “there’s not enough of me to go around…” This exercise also highlighted Daniel was experiencing low self worth: “I am not enough, I am not good enough…” Through this technique, these feelings were transformed. The patient was guided to remember his worth, to feel deserving of his wishes and to connect with his inner resourcefulness.
The patient felt “clearer.”
This exercise was the first instance where the spiritual disconnection (see Soul Plan Cards section) of the patient showed itself. He felt a heavy burden and he could not see a way out. It was affecting his self worth and sense of resourcefulness. These feelings were based on his perception of what he was observing in his life. Because of the spiritual disconnection, a deep part of him felt hopeless, as if his situation could not be improved. What is a spiritual connection, if not a deep belief in the magic of life that helps us see the possibility for a better day even in the most despairing conditions?
Soul Retrieval
While the first two techniques clear patients from negative energies and emotions. This technique supplements them. In a light trance, patients meet a repressed part of their being that can help them resolve their main issue.
Through this technique, Daniel realised he needed to reconnect with his “deepest fear and deepest wisdom.” He understood, during the guided meditation, that his refusal to feel fear was stopping him from feeling anything. This contributed to the stagnation in his body (and in his life). Without emotions, his wisdom could not express information that would help him step forward. The advice he gave himself, in trance, was to step into his power and to allow himself to feel emotions. This way, he could connect with his inner knowledge, which would guide him out of the stagnation he was experiencing.
At the beginning of the session, Daniel thought he lacked resources to manifest good health and to bring completion in his life. In this exercise, he reconnected with his “deepest fear and deepest wisdom.” This pair seem to state that they can give him all the resources he needs to bring a positive movement in his body and in his life.
At the end of this exercise, Daniel visualised his body in a healthy state. He felt both “excitement and caution…”
Archetypes
In this exercise, the patient connects with a few sub-personalities that may have an influence over the patient’s main concern. Giving a voice to these ‘people inside us’ often helps to understand the role we play in our current circumstances.
The Vulnerable, called “Mr. vulnerability”, believed he was a stepping stone for the patient. However, he revealed that the patient could not be vulnerable in his current housing situation. Living with his parents, he had to censor himself, filter everything he says.
Interestingly the cards, picked at the beginning of the session, indicated the patient could not express himself freely. “Mr. vulnerability” advised the patient to leave his parents’ home to reduce his stress level. Daniel could then allow himself to experience vulnerability as a stepping stone to a more satisfying life.
The Victim, called “Oh wow, it’s me!”, revealed he created drama and excuses to justify staying in his parental home. Daniel felt guilty about leaving… so he played the victim to cope with his situation. Yet, “Oh wow, it’s me!” recognised that there was a way to love and care for his parents while living independently from them.
The rebel, called “Mr. Cool”, thought the patient should chill out and stop taking responsibility for everyone else. His role was to make sure the patient doesn’t settle. However, he thought Daniel lacked discipline and was not taking responsibility for himself. Instead, he was playing the victim and remaining stagnant. When the patient felt rebellious, he would challenge others. “Mr. Cool” wished he would challenge himself!
Power, also called “I’m here!”, brought him to this session. He said he was “the source of his movement.” He called on the patient to connect with his Power and to live with more detachment.
Summary Spread
(Challenge: 10, Solution: 14, Outcome: 15)
Once again, the cards did not disappoint. They summarised the session perfectly. They were all spiritual cards. As a reminder, the cards picked, at the beginning of the session, revealed stagnation due to spiritual disconnection.
These cards advised the patient to reconnect on the spirit level (Card 10) by following his inspiration (Card 14). By letting go of the drama and excuses with which his victimised side habitually engage, he would hear his spirit and act from a place of inspiration. This new habit would reconnect him with his gut feelings (card 15) that would guide him towards a more satisfying life.
According to the Power archetype, he came to this session of Soul Transformation Therapy because his inner power inspired him to do so. He was already engaging with his inspiration. Hopefully, he will continue to listen to his most inspired self and step in his power. True spiritual connection is when we live with the awareness that our spirit is infinite and capable of self-healing at all levels. Truly, no stagnation can withstand the power of our spirit.
